Soul sand and honey blocks do not slow down the player when sprint jumping

When sprinting on soul sand or honey blocks while jumping, you go with the same speed you would go when sprinting on any other block that doesn't slow down players e.g. the grass block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a line of soul sand and honey blocks
2. Sprint jump on the blocks

Observed Results:
The player is not slowed down by the soul sand and honey blocks.

Expected Results:
The player should be slowed down by the soul sand and honey blocks.
