Back item on body not moving when swimming/sleeping

When I go swimming and/or sleeping the item I have in my back (skin customization) stays in the air as if I am standing there not in the other position 

Edit:
I checked the other back item I own and it worked on that one the one that I have that is causing the issue is the Icarus wings but I don't know if there are issues with other ones as well
