MCPE-8261Breath meter bug after drowning.
After drowning, the breath meter appears on the screen as almost full.
It runs down, then health runs down and breath meter appears after death.

I spawned a new world, in a jungle biome. There was a lake nearby, so I went into it with my jungle wood boat. I got off and I forgot I was underwater while I left for a moment, I drowned, but after I died I saw the breath meter refill while on the death screen.
