Unable to get a free Windows 10 edition eventhough having bought Java edition since 2013

I already have the Minecraft Java edition and now wanted to get the Windows 10 Version to play with my friends on console. I heard it was free if I already have the Java Edition, but I have problems with it. On my mojang account, the "Minecraft for Windows 10" section is missing (compare the two screenshots). On the Screenshot "how it should look", it says that they brought minecraft java edition at a time at which windows 10 edition was free. But I bought the java edition 4 years earlier than the other person, so I am confused. Did I buy the Java edition "too early" to be viable for a free windows 10 edition?
