Cannot fly down while in vines, twisting vines, weeping vines, and ladders

Cannot cross the twisting vines in flight (creative) from the top

If you place yourself in a vine, twisting vine, weeping vine, or ladder in flight and you try to go down, it's impossible.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place and grow twisting/weeping vines
2. Place yourself in the vines while in flight mode
3. Try to fly down

Observed Results:
The player cannot fly down.

Expected Results:
The player should fly down.
