HALO RESOURCE PACK NEEDS UPDATING

The Halo Resource pack works on mobile i join a world i simply look up and there is the ring on Xbox one however I join a world Look up and there is NO ring please take your time. to notice this odd texture issue i know it may seem like a big deal but i really like this texture pack and would like you to fix it whenever you can Thank you very much. P.S. I don't have pictures at the moment but if you need them i will try my best to send them.
