Please solve the issue as fast as possible.

I can't smelt Gold ore in furnace! Now that is not acceptable. I tried with smoker or blast furnace or whatever, but I'm NOT able to smelt them into gold ingots. I searched the Google, but in vain. I even tried to reinstall the app, tried different phones but not getting it. Please solve the issue as fast as possible. And if it ISN'T an issue like there is a different way to smelt Gold then plzz let me know too. Tank you.
