Nether Wood cannot repair wooden tools in an anvil

Wooden Tools cannot be repaired with Nether wood planks in an Anvil. Useful feature or not, a bug is a bug, therefore in needs to be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain crimson or warped planks and a damaged wooden tool
2. Place down an anvil
3. Open the anvil
4. Place the wooden tool and crimson or warped planks in the anvil

Observed Results:
The wooden tool cannot be repaired with crimson or warped planks.

Expected Results:
The wooden tool should be able to be repaired with crimson or warped planks.
