White Screen then Black Screen - Minecraft won't load

I honestly have no clue which release version this Minecraft 10 is. I see this in properties: Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_1.15.9.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe so I'm guessing it's the RTX Beta. All I know is this app is horrible. I have downloaded it to multiple computers, searched the internet, tried step by step troubleshooting for all kinds of minecraft fixes and nothing works. I want a refund at this point. This is absolutely absurd. I paid $55 for a game for my daughter that she can not play. 

When we launch it starts with a white screen and flips to black. The game never populates. YES I have tried the 3d trick and the processes trick and java and trying to locate weird files to delete. NONE of it works nor corrects the error. I wasted money on minecraft for her as a present and she can't even use it. I am very disappointed in the support that we received, how difficult it is to get assistance, and how little Mojang cares about it's faulty products. I just want my money back at this point if you can't fix it and fix it fast.
