Parity: Lodestone compasses are distinct items in BE, but not JE

This was posted to the Java project as MC-187243, where it was determined to be working as intended. Therefore, Bedrock is the version that should change

In Bedrock edition, a lodestone compass is a separate item from regular compasses (called lodestonecompass)

In Java edition, a lodestone compass is merely a regular compass with special NBT.

The items should be merged in BE.

(this is a pretty minor disparity)
