Glitched BSOD when i pull up the application bar

Somehow when im using the RTX version on my laptop (it doesn't have a RTX card, but i don't think it can be the issue because it works fine on my desktop PC that don't have a RTX GPU either) when i move the cursor down to pull up the application bar i get a glitched BSOD and the fan kicks off at maximum speed. I also tried to remove the full screen but i can't do anything for that, i still get the blue screen. I don't know if that's a driver or a hardware related problem. My laptop system specs: Windows 10 Home v.1903, CPU Amd A9-9425 with Radeon R5 integrated graphics, 8GB of DDR4 1866Mhz

Update: it does this thing using the 1.14 hotfix too so i think it's a laptop problem. Sorry.
