Rottern Flesh gives Poison instead of hunger

Works As Intended. As there is currently no hunger system implemented, poison is used in the place of the hunger effect.
I recommend checking the Minecraft Wiki prior to reporting an issue on the bugtracker, as what seems to be a bug to you may actually be intended.
