Experiencing very frequent crashes

Can't really put my finger on what's causing the issue.

When the crash occurs I am loading chunks and also breaking command blocks.

But I'm not sure if that's the cause.

Update:

Fairly sure these crashes are tied to loading/rendering chunks at this point, they are very frequent.
