I cant tur off a mod

I was playing creative while a mod Vanila vehicles v3.0 was turned on.I wanted to turn it off and I cant.I was In settings and deactivated it but In the world is still there.I was in settings and deleted it but agen its still there!And every time I enter the same world i am back in time at same moment. So what I have to do?
