Items become gray when being moved in the inventory

Observed Results:

Item textures appear to be in grayscale when being quickly moved (shift + click on PC) in the inventory. Brighter items may appear as light gray (almost white), so these are the most noticeable (gold & diamond items). Here's a list of items that are NOT affected (may be incomplete):

1. Strider Spawn Egg;
2. Hoglin Spawn Egg;
3. Piglin Spawn Egg;
4. Zoglin Spawn Egg.

Notes: Judging by the items that are not affected, this may be caused by the fix for MCPE-53542 and MCPE-69360.
