No Loot On Loot Chest

Sometimes There Are No Loots On Loot Chest On Structures,Once Well I Found A Village There is Some Loot But Once I Checked the Other houses,there are no loot,also in bastion remnant there are no loot in loot chest,thats the only structures i just searched in my minecraft world
