Turtles won't lay eggs (breed)

I fed some turtles and they started to breed (with all these hearts showing up above their heads), but after that they didn't move to their original home beach or dig into the sand to lay their eggs. I waited a couple of minutes but that didn't help either.

I appreciate you guys for taking your time to help us solve our problems.
