What this reporter meant is that the texture appears to be offset by one pixel (note the lower right corner in the image). However, this is an intentional feature.
Also, the link between the two issues is incorrect; it should be set as 'duplicates' or 'relates to'.
Hi Alex,
The top texture of the Chiseled Quartz Block is intentionally offset, it is not a perfect cross that aligns top to bottom and left to right. See the resolution of related report
