Campfire doesn't drop food being cooked when put out

This was added in the Java 20w22a snapshot. This bug report is to bring parity to Bedrock Edition.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Get a campfire
2. Place down some raw food
3. Put out the campfire with shovel/water bottle

Expected Results:
Campfire drops the food.

Observed Results:
The food stays on the campfire after being put out.
