Fishing Rod bobber doesn't go through Pressure Plates

Before, the bobber of a fishing rod used to be able to go through a pressure plate on a fence in water, activating them. But now the bobber gets stuck under the pressure plate. I don't know if this is a fix or a bug, please let me know?
