Farming instantly

while farming potatoes, carrots, and wheat (I haven't tried beetroot) there's a small chance that while harvesting, one of your items being replanted will instantly grow to full harvest after planting. It happens about 1/15 times and can't replicate it on purpose, only a small chance of it happening.
