Pumpkin/melon stemps don't break after theyr farmland becomes dirt

I jumped on some farmland with a melon stemp on it, but the stemp didn't break. Tested it with pumpkin and it's the same as well

Steps to Reproduce:

1. plant pumpkin or melon seeds on farmland
2. bonemeal the stemp
3. jump on the farmland to break it

Observed Results:

The stemp does't break

Expected Results:
The stemp should break
