Sugarcanes can float

It happened to me when breaking the middle block of a fully grown sugarcane. I think it might have to do with the way they nerfed "0-tick farms".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Plant some sugar cane 
2. wait until its fully grown
3. Try to break it from the middle block

Observed Results:
The sugarcane's top cane block doen't break in some rare cases

Expected Results:
the top block should break since the block below it broke as well
