Minecraft Bedrock consistently crashes on initial loading screen

When I open Minecraft Bedrock it goes to that initial loading screen, loads a little bit, then crashes. In the screenshot is the exact spot it always gets to right before it crashes. I have tried reinstalling it, resetting it and putting it into beta. Every time I reinstall it, it seems to download weirdly fast. It usually re-downloads in about 2 seconds or less.
