Game crashes with addons

I have a few addons added to my minecraft game. When i am fishing and the item (from the addon) is being collected, i crash and the game closes. I open my game up, fish again get the item, i try to open my inventory but i crash. I then start to crash randomly with the game closing everytime. Should i not use the addon?
