Lighting still fails to render very often (especially after returning from the nether)

Sometimes whether is day or night, after returning from the nether, the lighting appears to fail, and blocks exept light sources appear dark even when they aren't supposed to.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set spawn on the overworld
2. Go to the nether (if you go for the first time, the bug have higher chances to appear)
3. Stay a while in the nether so the overworld chunk unloads
4. Return to overworld or die

You can also observe this at random times after sleeping or exploring new chunks on nether.

Expected Results:
Lighting should work fine after returning to the overworld
