Steps to Reproduce:

• Give yourself the night vision effect. 
• Give yourself the effect of blindness.

Observed Results:

Vision is limited by the effect of blindness and what little is seen is illuminated by the effect of night vision.

Expected Results:

Vision should be totally obscured for as long as the effects together last.
