MCPE-8050Emeralds generation, happens after caves generation
If you go in a extreme hills biome and you find a cave, you'll notice that there are emeralds floating in the air, I think that those emeralds have been generated after caves generation happened

Confirmed for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.2). Explanation: emerald ore blocks are not destroyed through cave generation.
The reason was another one (ores are always generated after caves), stray line after a merge in Silverfish block gen. This also fixed Silverfish never spawning.
