MCPE-80434Steve/Player head uses the old Steve rather than the new Steve
The Steve/player head uses the old Steve texture rather than the new one introduced in 1.13.0, which of course looks out place compared to the new one, especially since the whole reason the new texture was made is cause the old didn't match the new textures.
