Armor stands can no longer be named

As I tried to name a Armor Stand with a nametag, it placed it on it's mainhand instead of naming it (*take note that I named the nametag on an anvil). I also tried to name it with commands (such as /summon armor_stand [Name goes here] ~~~ ) still, it doesn't work. This bug affects builders, command block engineers and armor-stand scene makers.
