Error -9 unable to sign in

Game doesn't support the log in on samsung A70 with the Android 10 update and all i get is it's an error with the xbox while i can easily sign in on xbox app and web, i even tried another account and reinstalled the game on beta and full and still showing me error -9 couldn't log u in, i contacted the samsung support and they say it's an error from the server not from the android so please help me
