No loot in chests

i recently found a bastion and of course i made stairs to it and i found a couple of chests, i opened them and they had absolutely nothing, this is also includes the ruined portals i have found and not only that but it also happens when i create random worlds, i found a village with a blacksmith and i open the chest and it had nothing in it, might wanna fix this if its a bug
