Cocoa beans cannot be placed in vines

You cannot place cocoa beans in vines attached to jungle logs.

I would expect the vines to be replaced by the cocoa beans, like with most other blocks.

Steps to reproduce:

1. place a vine on a jungle log
2. try to place a cocoa bean in the vine
