Duplicate item after crashing exiting nether

Summary:

I tried to get out of the nether portal crash suddenly. Then I reopened this world of kingdom, then suddenly I was in nether again and my item was duplicated! I only crafting compass and lodestone 1 each but become 2 after crashing.

Step to reproduce:

I don't have step by reproduce, but your can crashing in nether after put chest and lodestone in nether. Exit this nether, instantly crash.
