Thing Banner Pattern can't be crafted

Crafting recipe that are only use 2 items, paper and enchanted apple. This bug need to fix quickly because it is one of the eachievement in minecraft that should be unlock. Just from the picture you can see what's the problem that really need to be fix. And the enchanted apple is not be rename yet.
