Tooltips Have Transparent Background

Tooltip descriptions for items in Inventory/Chests have transparent background, making them hard to see with full inventories.

Step to Recreate:

1. Created a world with "The Observer" RTX demo world.
2. Opened first chest I found (it was full of cakes)
3. Tooltips have transparent backgrounds
