Slight levitation when next to falling lava / water

Minecraft RTX Beta Bug Report: Lava/ Water Levitation

Found this odd bug where when standing next to a lava or water stream, you levitate a couple "inches". The levitation results in the video were repeatable on all the lava & water streams in that cave.
This could be normal mechanics and I've simply never noticed before.
