There was a problem with my Marketplace or if I don’t know if it’s my Minecraft account

Mojang I don't understand why my Marketplace package and emotes are not catching on, because the internet at my house is very good and so far it doesn't catch my Minecraft signal with the Marketplace what this please remove this bug please i just wanted to have fun and have this problem with the Marketplace and the emotes please help me
