When respawning with the respawn anchor, the deplete sounds doesn't play when you died far away from it

When you're respawning with the respawn anchor, normally the deplete sounds would play. However, it only plays when you're close to it, so when you died far away from the respawn anchor, it doesn't play at all.

Step to Reproduce
1. Fill up the respawn anchor with glowstone
2. Go far away and try to /kill @s
3. Respawn

Heard Result
The respawn anchor deplete sound doesn't play unless you're close to it.

Expected Result
The respawn anchor deplete sound should play, regardless of where you died.
