elytra take-off sound has been missing

On 1.14 you can hear a mix of a rocket blast-launch with an elytra sound. now the only sounds you hear are the firework launch but more suttle and the elytra gliding sound. That might not be a bug, but has definetly changed and I haven't seen it on the changelog.
