Computer voice reading everything I click&having to click every button twice to count

Every time I click a button/an item a computer voice reads it (e.g. if I click save and quit it reads it). Since if I click it once it reads it I have to click it twice fast. I also have to click twice to scroll down, which is very annoying. And also when I click e.g. my pickaxes or any item in the game, I have to click it twice to use it. I can't turn it off. It also reads things in the loading screen like Generating World or loading resource packs.

All in all very annoying.
