Piglins do not switch their weapons for a better weapon

Piglins with crossbows will not switch to an enchanted crossbow, while piglins with golden swords will not switch to an enchanted golden sword. All they will do is inspect the golden sword and put it in their inventory.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a piglin
2. Give it an enchanted crossbow/golden sword

Observed result:
The piglin picks up the enchanted item but doesn't equip it.

Expected result:
The piglin picks up and equips the enchanted item, like in Java Edition.
