Walls don't attach to full glass blocks

The bug

Walls connect to glass panes

and normal blocks

but not glass blocks

How to reproduce

1. Place a wall
2. Place any glass block next to it
   →  It doesn't connect

Notes

The lower wall properly connects upward, only the side walls fail to connect.
This also affects glowstone, sea lanterns, and regular ice.
