Stuck with leave bed GUI

I tried loading into my world and was met with a black screen that said (leave bed) and (open chat). I didn't even log out in a bed.

If i pressed A on (open chat) it would pull up a chat where it says 'respawn point set' infinitely many times. Which is odd because i just loaded in and didn't do anything.

If I pressed A on either (leave bed) or (open chat) it would overlay a transparent main menu world selection screen in front of this black screen with (leave bed) and (open chat). I could not do anything once the world selection screen was loaded. 

I could load other worlds fine but it seemed like this world was bugging out every time it loaded. Had to restart my Xbox for a fix. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work.
