[MCPE-7944] Bedrock Not showing all of it In creative at bedrock level not placing one down

when you reach bedrock in creative the bedrock is in cut in half

If you have not already, I would recommend performing a search before submitting a bug report. This issue was reported previously as ~~MCPE-7891~~, so comment your experience there!
