Duplication Of Items By Throwing On The Ground

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S4 android 4.4.2.

Reproducing is simple: in any survival game, pick up any stackable item when you already have at least one of that item in your inventory and have at least one empty slot in your hotbar. Next press and hold on the empty slot in your hotbar. If you have more than one empty slot, try the leftmost empty slot first. Press and hold on an empty slot should not do anything. However, it will cause your player to drop a number of units of the stackable item you last picked up without removing those items from your inventory. Thus you have duplicated that stackable item.

You can then pick up the stack that was duplicated and repeat until you pick up enough units to make two stacks (filling the empty slot you were dropping). After that "dropping" the next empty hotbar slot does not duplicate any more.

However, stackable item duplication can be repeated/restarted any time the original conditions are satisfied.

WARNING: stackable items duplicated this way sometimes cause items in inventory and chests to randomly disappear.

This also works if started by picking up the stackable item from a chest, furnace or crafting.

After respawning, you can duplicate the last item you picked up before you died if that item is a stackable item and if you already had 1 or more of the same item in your inventory. The empty slot you need to drop changes based on where in your empty slots were in you hotbar immediately before death.

In all cases, the number of units of the item dropped is equal to the number of units of the item you had immediately prior to picking up the last item. Confused? If you had 3 diamonds in your inventory, picked up a fourth diamond and then died before picking up any other items, after you respawn (and before you pick up any other items) hold down each of of the empty hotbar boxes and on one of them you will "drop" a stack of three diamonds. You can repeat this duplication at any time you have an empty hotbar slot and have picked up a stackable item to have a total of 2 or more of that item in your inventory (dying is just an extreme example)

Thought this one was a serious enough duplication exploit to warrant assigning it directly.
