MCPE-79331Text Background Opacity doesn't work for most text
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to Settings -> Accessibility tab
2. Set the Text Background Opacity to any amount of opacity (0%-100%)
Observed Results:
Opacity doesn't changed.
Expected Results:
Opacity should change.
