Ender Dragon Is Facing Opposite Direction

-The ender dragon facing opposite where intended to be.
Command: /execute @p ~ ~ ~ tp @e[type=ender_dragon] ~ ~ ~ facing ^ ^ ^20
-The ender dragon must be facing where I'm facing at.
-Even I add more the ender dragon still face on opposite direction.
