Frozen screen/ Token issue

First I bought two bundles of tokens from the Minecraft store and it won't let me use them. Then I figured if I turned off the game and turned back on maybe they would be there no. Then I tried logging out of my account and back in going back into Minecraft still no. Then I shut down my whole PlayStation and now the game is completely frozen everytime I load it. This is frustrating to deal with and I just want to play and use my tokens.
