Parrots are not breedable

I find it cool that you can tame Parrots, but why can’t I breed them on Minecraft: Bedrock and Education Editions of the game. Please fix in (or before) 1.16 is released. Baby parrots are cute! If this isn’t a feature, can you please add it.
